Cooking salmon

About to try to cook salmon for the second time, first one wasn't too successful as the middle was undercooked. Well, at least I have some tips from the great cook known as mark, his blog's on the side somewhere there.Errrr. So yeah, cooking salmon, I'll update this later on how it turned out.


Ok, I don't think the layout quite worked out, but does anyone know how THAT salmon turned into the OTHER salmon?
